The “CARSKI TRAKT” agritourism farm is located in a picturesque area in the Lower Biebrza National Park with a unique diversity of plant species, birds and the largest moose refuge in Poland. The agritourism activity has been carried out since 1998. It is an all-season lodging. There are 9 rooms and 18 beds available for guests. The visitor will find a perfect starting point for the surrounding parks, observation of rare specimens of birds, fishing, admiring nature from kayaks, cycling and hiking in the area, as well as gathering berries and mushrooms. The farm also organizes horse rides. After such escapades, guests have the opportunity to taste local dishes, which are prepared according to traditional recipes. One of such products is sirloin made of stone pot, which won the second prize in the competition Our Culinary Heritage. Another specialty that Mrs. Elżbieta’s cuisine is famous for is delicious dumplings with various, often unique fillings.
The dishes are based mainly on raw materials from their own farm and from local producers who use traditional methods of cultivation. Meals are always fresh and very tasty, prepared directly for guests’ needs and for orders.
Sulin lies on the way to Mount Strękowa to the tomb of Captain Raginis, the commander of the defense of Wizna, a battle known as the “Polish Thermopylae”.
